• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for domestic orders across Pakistan. Payment in full must be handed over in cash to the delivery courier prior to opening or accepting the package.
• Debit & Credit Cards: Secure digital checkout accepting Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay cards processed through authorized payment gateway channels.
• Direct Bank Transfer: Bank-to-bank electronic fund transfers. Orders paid via bank transfer are scheduled for processing once proof of payment has been confirmed by our accounts team.

We reserve the right to decline, hold, or cancel any order if fraudulent, unauthorized, or duplicate activity is suspected, or in cases where product inventory becomes unavailable prior to dispatch. If an order is canceled after payment has been cleared, the corresponding amount will be refunded in accordance with our standard store policies.

All product prices displayed throughout the Ghonché online store are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of all applicable sales taxes. We strive to maintain absolute price transparency; the price presented in your cart at final checkout reflects the authentic cost of the product with no hidden surcharges.

Delivery charges and active order-value incentives are clearly displayed before you finalize your transaction. To reward our valued customers, Ghonché provides real order-value benefits:

• Free Nationwide Delivery: Valid on all orders with a subtotal exceeding Rs. 10,000.
• Free Delivery + 10% Discount: Valid on all orders with a subtotal exceeding Rs. 20,000, automatically calculated at checkout.

While every effort is made to maintain precise pricing and inventory details, clerical or typographical errors may occasionally occur. If an item is mistakenly cataloged at an incorrect price, Ghonché reserves the right to notify you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order without penalty.
